A confirmed account deletion request will be completed within seven days unless longer retention of limited records is required by law, security, fraud prevention or the resolution of an active dispute.
A family owner's confirmed request deletes the owner account and the complete family space, including members, tasks, schedules, history, categories, invitations and registered devices. A request submitted by another adult deletes that adult's account while preserving family history only in anonymized form.
Deletion is irreversible. You can submit and confirm a request at gethomecrew.app/delete-account.
